Jim Brooks

With the belief that strong work ethics paired with a ‘customer comes first’ mind set is the best approach, Jim has accumulated over 50 Real Estate awards and a track record of excellence within the field, including the achievement of #1 Real Estate Team nationwide for Better Homes & Gardens since 2010 and the #1 Las Vegas High Rise agent in transactions closed since 2008. Thomas Salomone

Director of Marketing/SEO

Having been born into a successful Real Estate family; TJ has always been fascinated by the dynamics of Real Estate Marketing. He attended Florida State University where he earned a degree in English with an emphasis on Creative Writing with honors. During his time at FSU; T.J. was published in multiple newspapers and journals, receiving multiple awards in the journalism field. After tackling and succeeding in the media world; T.J. moved to Las Vegas to pursue his passion of Marketing. It was in Las Vegas that he honed his Marketing skills and developed an extensive skill set within the Search Engine Optimization (S.E.O.) field. After Marketing and performing S.E.O. duties for some of the top Real Estate and Mortgage companies in Nevada, Arizona, and California; T.J. met Jim Brooks and teamed up with The Brooks Team with the sole goal of providing the very best tools and services for their clients.

Emily Armstrong

Vice President of Operations/Realtor

Emily grew up in Yucca Valley, CA, right outside of Palm Springs. After graduating high school, she moved to Las Vegas and attended UNLV where she earned a degree in business administration with an emphasis on accounting. During her years at UNLV, she was very active with the real estate society and was President of the club for a year. It was through this club that she met Jim Brooks and started working for him. Emily has been with The Brooks Team since 2005. She is a licensed broker in the state of California and a licensed salesperson in the state of Nevada. Her father owned a brokerage in CA where she learned the industry from a young age. She has a love for people and enjoys being able to work with so many different people in the real estate industry.

 

Heidi Williams

Customer Care Manager/Realtor

Having handled several hundred real estate sales for the Brooks Team; Heidi’s experience and “can-do” attitude ensures a smooth home sale, short sale, REO or purchase. Heidi’s daily responsibilities include overseeing new business development and managing the sales process, including all steps of the transaction and escrow process. Prior to joining the Brooks Team, Heidi worked in the Mortgage Lending field. She spent over 5 years as a loan officer within the Las Vegas Valley and Orange County, CA; where she grew up. Heidi prides herself on being able to get any task done efficiently and effectively. She strongly believes that customer service is the most important element of doing any job well.

Peter LaCascia

Transaction Coordinator

Peter is originally from Boston, MA and has lived in Henderson since 2001. He has been involved in Real Estate for nearly his entire life. His father was a real estate investor and taught him about the Real Estate world. Peter showed an interest in his father’s business and often went to work with him on weekends or when he was not in school. Peter graduated from Bentley College in 1987 with a BS in Marketing. After college, he sold, purchased, invested and managed Real Estate for over 25 years. For the past 3 years he has been working as a transaction coordinator for The Brooks Team.
